1028 Rex Duplex
Developed while working at award winning Godden Sudik Architects. A pair of duplexes in Louisville Colorado. Goal was to bring a contemporary mountain architecture to the exterior, and focus on an enhanced living space both inside and out.
- Varied roof slopes and strong gable features helped strengthen street presence.

4427 W 31st residence Remodel
Developed while working at award winning Godden Sudik Architects. Family of this 1000 sf 1-story single family home in downtown denver was in need of of more space and a refreshed look. By strategically adding a second floor we were able to elegantly give them just that.
- Balcony off of the master enhanced the use and presence of the home.
- Complexities of adding a second floor to an existing building was managed with great Contractor/Architect collaboration during the design phase.
